Does not worth to 6 dollars. Just an app that should be priced at most 99 cents.

Amazing app, worth every penny, the only problems cant search in the wordlist, and the wordlists you buy later contain some same words, its like you pay for smth you already have...

This is the best pronunciation application in the appstore. There are different types of exercises, so you can practise in different ways, it makes the app very useful and unique. You can buy thousands of different words, it is amazing ! In my opinion the program is perfect.

Very good app to learn rigth pronounciation of English. But some problems on downloding new sound modules..

Good App and a great help for students. The In-App purchase is a real disappointment as the additional word lists cant be downloaded back again when the app is reloaded. I ended up buying twice!

We need an upgrade because the practice doesnt let us to choose phonemes then it doesnt work at all. Ive got the pro version!!!

Good app for the pronunciation but be aware that if you buy the in app dictionary they will not disappear from the list and you can buy them again and again and again. I bought 8 of them , I do not see them installed, wrote to the company and they do not even answers. Missing as well a search function so you have to go one by one to find the word you are looking for. Get other app cheaper and more honest

I regret to have bought this app. Things that didnt work on the free version still dont work on the premium version. Ive made an in-app purchase and I still dont know where to find this purchase because the developer was of no help, just telling me to contact Apple. And Apple tells me to contact the developer...

Thank you for developing this app! I wish you would put your books in digital format. It would make my job as an EL teacher so much easier! Haha. But I love this app. It works perfectly on my iPad.

I use this app often but it would be nice to able to delete words or phrases that I have No use for. Is nice to record yourself i ll be looking to get more material from you.

I bought this app after receiving an email from the maker saying that it cost 1.99 for 3 days only. When I went to buy it on iTunes, I noticed that iTunes listed it at the normal price. I asked the maker about this, and was reassured that it was discounted. I was charged the full amount. Am waiting for response from the maker.

As an undergraduate linguistics major, I was looking for an app to help me practice my transcription skills. After trying other cheaper apps, I tried the free version of "Sounds". I finally found what I was looking for. Firstly, what would seem natural to anyone developing an app like this, isnt. Support for both American and British English. The other apps I bought didnt mention that they only supported British English, so I ended up wasting my money. This isnt the case with "Sounds", as it supports both. Secondly, I love the design of the app. The more popular iOS devices become, the uglier apps seem to get. Not here. I havent tried the quiz or practice parts of this app, but I was so excited to find something that really fit my nerds, I just had to write this review. Highly recommended.
